Common questions

Can we keep our numbers?

Yes. Local and 1300/1800 numbers can be ported. We stage the cutover and test live calls before sign-off.

How many concurrent calls can we have?

Channels are elastic. We size a sensible baseline and allow burst capacity for busy periods.

Do you support secure SIP?

Yes: TLS for signalling and SRTP for media where your PBX supports it, plus IP allow-lists and fraud controls.

How are 000 calls handled?

We check caller ID presentation and route 000 over the trunk. An emergency test is part of the cutover plan where permitted.
