How we roll it out

  1. 1

    Numbers and porting

Audit your numbers and DDIs, confirm authorities and lodge ports to minimise downtime.

  2. 2

    Call flows and queues

Design IVRs, queues and escalation rules with your team.

  3. 3

    Provision and test

Auto-provision handsets, apply policies, and run inbound and outbound test plans.

  4. 4

    Cutover and training

A planned go-live with short user training and quick-reference guides.

What a typical migration includes

  • Call-flow design: menus, queues, ring strategies, after-hours and holiday schedules
  • Number porting with staged cutovers, including split ports
  • Handset rollout: new phones or re-provisioning, extension maps and labels
  • Integrations: CRM screen-pop and Microsoft 365 presence where supported
  • Call recording with retention controls and export
  • Emergency (000) location and routing set up to Australian rules

Common questions

Can we keep our existing numbers?

Yes. We port geographic and 1300/1800 numbers, including complex indial ranges, and schedule a cutover window to minimise downtime.

Do you support desk phones and softphones?

Yes. We auto-provision Yealink and Poly handsets and supply headsets, or you can run softphone and mobile apps only for remote teams.

How does Teams Calling fit in?

If you live in Microsoft 365 we can enable Direct Routing so Teams becomes the phone for some or all users, alongside or instead of desk phones.

Can it connect to our CRM or helpdesk?

Common options include screen-pop, click-to-call and call logging. Tell us your systems and we will confirm what fits.
