Common questions

How long does a port take?

Simple single-number ports can complete in days. Complex and 1300/1800 ports take longer because of carrier coordination. We give you an indicative window when you order.

Will we lose calls during the port?

We schedule a cutover window and set temporary diversions. Any interruption is usually minutes, and we test live before sign-off.

Can we split a large range across sites?

Usually, depending on the losing carrier’s rules. We will propose the cleanest option.
